Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation on or before 5 October 2014 - 100 EUR administrative fee
Cancellation after 5 October 2014 - 100% of the registration fee will be forfeited.

If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect a refund within 30 days post conference. Refunds are based strictly on registration only. Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. If substitute is not a member, the non-member fee will apply. This must be made in writing to

Our online registration site is a secured site. Major credit cards such as American Express, VISA and MasterCard are accepted.Wire transfers may also be made by registering online, selecting the wire transfer payment option and sending the payment no later than 27 October 2014 to:

Registrations will be held as pending until the wire transfer is received. 


For security reasons, registrants will be issued a badge onsite which are required to be worn at all times during the conference and any organized functions. Badge swapping is strictly not allowed. Anyone found wearing a badge that does not match their identification will be evicted from the conference with no refund.

 The organisers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any programmes and to close registrations when programmes are sold out. For these reasons, registrants are advised against purchasing non-refundable airline tickets.

 Should HIMSS Amsterdam be cancelled, your registration fee will not be refunded, but will automatically be applied to the next event.
